This policy explains how the aSMR Home mobile app handles staff account data, task activity, uploaded evidence, and mobile notification tokens.
Privacy Promise
aSMR Home is not a public social platform. It is a private operations tool used to manage staff tasks, room standards, uploaded evidence, audits, and notifications for an approved organization.
Data Types
The app processes account identity, role-based access, task history, evidence uploads, and notification-delivery metadata needed to keep the service reliable.
Permissions Used
Used only when a user captures evidence photos for tasks, maintenance records, or compliance workflows.
Used only when a user attaches an existing image from the device library as task evidence.
Used to deliver task alerts, review outcomes, operational reminders, and version-update prompts that relate to the logged-in account.
aSMR Home is an operations app used to manage household tasks, rooms, evidence uploads, training content, and staff workflows. Depending on your role, the app may process your name, username, email address, role, device notification token, task activity, audit records, and any photos or evidence you upload.
We also store technical information needed to keep the service working, including authentication sessions, version checks, and notification delivery status.
We use account and activity data to authenticate users, assign work, track completion, review evidence, send operational notifications, and maintain an audit trail for household management and compliance workflows.
Notification tokens are used only to deliver mobile push notifications that are relevant to your account, such as task updates, review decisions, and operational announcements.
Data is shared only with the organization, staff, and service providers required to operate the app, including secure cloud hosting, storage, and messaging providers. We do not sell personal information.
Records are retained for as long as the organization needs them for operations, safety, auditing, or legal obligations. When accounts are removed or data is no longer required, records are deleted or archived according to the organization’s internal retention practices.
