Use Principles

These rules mirror how the app works in day-to-day operations

The app is designed around accountability, evidence quality, and role-based approvals. These terms reflect that operating model rather than consumer-style social features.

Applies to

Owners, admins, managers, and staff

Authorized access only

The app is for approved internal users only. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used outside legitimate household operations.

Secure handling

Devices, passwords, uploaded media, and task records must be handled in a way that protects household privacy and operational security.

Updates may be required

Minimum supported versions and mobile update prompts can change over time to keep notifications, evidence, and compliance features working correctly.

Misuse can remove access

False records, unauthorized uploads, or policy-breaking behavior may lead to content review, account suspension, or access removal.

Authorized Use

aSMR Home is intended for authorized users who have been given access by the organization that manages the home and its operations. You may use the app only for legitimate work activities, training, communication, and operational reporting.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure, protecting your login credentials, and using the app in a way that respects household privacy, safety, and internal operating rules.

Content and Records

Task completions, uploaded evidence, notes, and notification activity may become part of the organization’s operational record. Do not upload false, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized content.

The organization may review, archive, or remove content when needed for quality control, investigations, safety, compliance, or misuse prevention.

Availability and Updates

The app may change over time, including feature updates, minimum supported versions, and notification behavior. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept those changes.

Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked if an account is deactivated, no longer approved, or used in a way that puts operations, privacy, or security at risk.
